Nominations for Dr. KS Sanjivi Award 2011
Udhavum Ullangal and Ekam Foundation invite nominations, for the Dr.K.S.Sanjivi Award 2011, of doctors and medical institutions across the State.
The last date for sending in the nominations is June 15. The award honours doctors and institutions that have a track record of non-commercial services to the poor without compromising on professional excellence.
The nomination forms can be downloaded from our site and our partner's site (www.ekamoneness.org)
The forms are also available at New No. 16, Jeyalakshmipuram, Nungambakkam. The awards would be presented in July 2011, as part of the Doctor's Day celebrations.
